Team Training (ages 8 & up)
The most popular of our programs - team training achieves two things: a faster, stronger team coupled with better team chemistry. Rapid believes that when possible, teams should train together. This program includes:

  • Limited emphasis on strength training

Youth Speed & Agility (ages 8-11)
This age is critical for the development of athletic performance. By developing proper movement patterns within this age range, the athlete will not only maximize their genetic potential at their age level, but will more importantly decrease their risk of injury. Too many times athletes will get injured in their teenage years by putting undue stress on their joints due to bad habits learned in their early years. Rapid's goal is to teach the athlete proper speed & strength mechanics thta will carry over to their teenage years. This program consists of:

  • Performance evaluation (pre and post)
  • Speed and agility training
  • Bodyweight strength training
